The Research of Knowledge Increment of Team Study and Knowledge Service System
In this paper, firstly we declare that the knowledge increment of team study contains two kinds which are the increments from knowledge popularity and knowledge innovation. The process of team study needs the support of knowledge service system. We suggest that the knowledge service system is made up of three parts, which are the soft environment of management system and the IT system of knowledge service and the allocated service for team study. Each part has different effect on the different kind of knowledge increment. Compared with the other two parts of knowledge service system, the IT system of knowledge service has more positive effect on the increment from knowledge popularity. However, the soft environment of management system and the allocated service for team study have more effect on the increment from knowledge innovation than the IT system of knowledge service. Then we use a math model to express the influence relationship between the knowledge increment and the knowledge service system. We also use LWD ( Linguistic Weighted Disjunction) and LOWA( Linguistic Ordered Weighted Averaging) arithmetic operators to design a synthetical method to evaluate the quality of the knowledge service system. At last we validate our conclusions through a practical case-the study of team train of China Executive Leadership Academy, PuDong.
