Study on the Model for the Efficiency of Knowledge Work and the Influence Factors

摘要：

Aiming at the problems of the knowledge workers efficiency, this paper expounds the definitions of the knowledge workers and their efficiency. A model is formulated centered on the knowledge workers efficiency and the influencing factors about their efficiency, by analyzing the knowledge work and the influencing factors about their efficiencies, describing the variables of the influencing factors about their efficiency, using computer curve fitting methods. This model provides dynamic and quantitative research methods for enterprises to improve their management on the knowledge workers
