Crew Training by E-Learning Strategy Adds the Value of Firms Human Capital
This article reports a study on the uses of e-learning to enable realizing crew training and then add the value of human capital within a corporation. Firstly, comparison is analyzed between e-learning and the traditional modes of enterprises training. E-learning has most functions of the traditional ones. Furthermore, it possesses predominance a-bout no restriction of space time, quick learning, authority and update in time of the learning content, low cost, more collaborations for learners etc.. Secondly, support systems of e-learning, technology, content and service, is studied. Training content is researched in detail at the angle of human resource strategy planning, which include demand analysis of different positions, systematization and individuation of project design, and so on. Perfect software and content of e-learning should be feasible, accessible, adaptable, interoperable, durable, reusable. Finally, the merit of e-learning and the necessity of putting it in practice is emphasized, in respect that crew training by e-learning adds the value of firms human capital.
