Knowledge in KM: Concept, Types and Comparison

In recent years researchers in business administration have centred their interest on the importance of the management of knowledge. But there are still various definitions of knowledge in different context and knowledge was divided into different types. In knowledge management (KM), knowledge means the concepts, decisions, methods and experience in one s mind which is useful for the organization s production and service supplying. Knowledge has a closed connection with data, information and wisdom. Organizational knowledge is the organization s culture.
