Research on Process Knowledge Management System and Its Enabling Technologies in Network Environment

摘要：

Knowledge Management ( KM) and Knowledge Management System ( KMS) is a significant field in knowledge economy environment. As a major part of KM, process knowledge (PK) is indispensable on decision-making of enterprise. There are many unresolved problems in PK management for its complexity and specialty. A product life-oriented workframe model of PK management system is proposed and research on its enabling technologies is carried out.
