Research of Operation and Management Model of Knowledge-Based Service Industry in Beijing
The development of service industry is more and more depending on knowledge production, diffusion and application, and knowledge-based service industry is increasingly becoming an important part of Beijings economic development. This paper makes a study of the operation and management model of knowledge-based service industry from the perspective of knowledge management, and applies the theories of knowledge sharing, knowledge transferring, knowledge reconfiguring and knowledge learning to analyzing and constructing the mode of operation, and builds knowledge management systems on this basis. This study is helpful to enhance the process of standardization and adaptation services, so as to continuously improve the operation efficiency and management ability, which is will be not only of a great theoretical significance but also of great practical significance to the capitals economic construction and the development of harmonious society.
