The Researches on the Simulation of Organization Learning Mechanism

摘要：

Organization learning is necessary for maintaining competitive edge and innovation capacity of organization. This paper reviews the previous theoretical research on modeling of organizational learning. Then, it establishes the organizational learning process cellular automaton model based on research on knowledge diffusion process in organizational learning and use Matlab tools to perform a simulation. Based on the simulation results, it explores the inherent rule and its impact factors of knowledge diffusion in the process of organizational learning, and provides basis for the organization manager to promote high efficient transmission of knowledge.
