Enterprises Technology Innovation Capabilities Evaluation Based on Rough Set and TOPSIS
In this paper, according to the former research, we apply the method of rough set and information gain to reduce the initial index system, and realize its optimization with the technology innovation capability investigation data of enterprises in a city. After that, we carry on the more purposive and pertinent evaluation, and make use of the TOPSIS based on the two-tuple linguistic processing to deal with the evaluation information, which can avoid information distortion and loss effectively, and make the result more precise. Finally, we provide an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the method, and prove that the method is effective by the presentation of the result.
