Study on Public Policy Choice Concerning the Cultivation of Chinas Independent Innovation Capability

With the increasingly fierce international competition, technological innovation has become the core of the commercial and industrial competitiveness and one of the important aspects of national competitiveness. In order to implement the idea of scientific development and achieve the transition of economic development, it is necessary to create a favorable external environment for Chinese enterprises to conduct independent innovation. To enhance innovation capability, China must consider its basic circumstances, gradually strengthen a sense of innovation, improve innovation mechanism, foster innovation personnel and strive for a road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics.
