The Study of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Enterprises Independent Innovation Ability
On the basis of establishing the appraisal target system of the enterprises independent innovation ability, in this paper,the Delphi method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation have been utilized to establish the mathematical model, carried on the objective appraisal to enterprises independent innovation ability. The appraisal result has indicated that the establishment appraisal target system and the used assessment method have the widespread serviceability to the domestic enterprise. It has reflected clearly the relative importance of each target of the enterprises independent innovation ability, simultaneously, reflected accurately enterprises independent innovation ability, provided the theory basis for the enterprise to formulate the developmental strategy.
