Research on the Symbiotic Relationship between a Producer-Service Supplier and a Manufacturer and Its Affecting Factors

The symbiotic relationship between a producer-service supplier and a manufacturer is characterized by working together and leading to their thriving because of the connected existence of the other. From the perspective of ecology which highlights the effect of environment, this paper analyses the symbiotic relationship between a producer-service supplier and a manufacturer and explores its affecting factors with Yuan Chunqing s symbiotic framework based on the panel data from a survey of manufacturers across Guangdong province in China. Our main finding is that the uncertainty of trade has a very significantly and greatly negative effect on the symbiotic relationship between the producer-service supplier and the manufacturer.
