Analysis on Managing Model of Chinese Service Industry Based on Knowledge Management and Studying on Countermeasures
The essay explores how Chinese service industry to influence on upper and lower enterprises and customer a-gency services in knowledge economy era. It also studies how Chinese service industry to finish those model constructions to the following fields: knowledge distinguishing, integrity, innovation, human capital management, intercultural management and brand service management, aims, we need to encourage knowledge and improve competing force of service industry constantly to implement transformations from traditional service industry model into knowledge oriented style of service industry model in the era of knowledge-based economy.
