The Research on Hospital-Oriented Knowledge Management System Based on Social Medical Insurance
Since the implementation of social medical insurance in 1998, all kinds of medical insurance stipulation has induced medical insurance process complicating and complex, and everyone in medical process such as registrar, doctor, accountant etc has to acquaint with relevant information in case some expenditure be deleted because of neglects of some stipulation. The knowledge management system based on medical insurance system integrating the existing insurance policy information can help doctors to carry treatment, which is also helpful to the medical knowledge innovation and the knowledge share so as to further enhance the hospitals competitive advantage. As to the knowledge management system, there are other widespread application in medical industry: 1- In the medical system surface, it can strengthen the pay systems restrict to control medical expenditure; 2. In electronic medical record aspect, it can improve the flow of medical professional wisdom and add its value by virtue of the collection of medical record; 3. As to customer relationship management, it can help to staisfy potential treatment needs and improve hospitals operating performance.
