Analysis on Integrated Transport Hub Scope Planning Flow
With Chinas rapid economic development, integrated transport hub construction in many large and medium-sized cities, this as a key construction project attracted widespread attention. It became important signs to the citys comprehensive strength rapidly upgrade. Such projects included a number of projects over the subproject, the complexity of their internal systems, many system-to-system interfaces, internal and external stakeholders numerous and less benchmark. Therefore, based on the theory of project management and the project strategy, which defined the scope of the project is very necessary. For the integrated transport hub project characteristics and the particularity of domestic projects stakeholders, identify the scope of such projects planned process whit the influencing factors, as well as projects planned flow analysis, with a view to developing accurate and quantifiable dynamic range.
