Research on Manufacturing Information Management Supporting Networked Manufacturing

摘要：

A manufacturing information management system was designed and realized to solve the information interaction problem of design, manufacturing, quality inspection and resource utilization among allied enterprises in networked manufacturing environment. Manufacturing information flow in networked manufacturing environment was studied in detail to make the management more expediently. Manufacturing information was managed by using manufacturing information management components which were composed of manufacturing resource management, process design information management, manufacturing process management and quality information management. Some key technologies were a-dopted to realize multi-user information interaction and ensure security and stability of the information. Feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by a case of enterprise application.
