The Fuzzy Neural Network Model of Evaluating Regional Sustainable Development Level

This paper is concerned with an evaluation model of regional sustainable development level using fuzzy neural network with multi-criteria learning algorithm. The evaluation criterions of regional sustainable development is taken as a fuzzy set, an output vector of multi-output neural network for an actual region is regarded as degree of membership of e-valuation sample to the fuzzy set, then take the degree of membership as weight value to grade the evaluation sample synthetically to evaluate regional sustainable development level. The model is used in evaluation of a certain regions sustainable development level.
