Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co. Ltd. (SMEC) is the leader of the Chinese Elevator industry. This article is about the implementation of Management Information Subsystems in the company; the special practical experiences in the elevator Industry and the future plans for informationization development within the company. Hopefully, this article will help counterparts, or other manufacturing enterprises to have a successful experience of informationization management.
