Multi-attribute Decision-making Model for Channel Partners Selection under Uncertain Information Condition
The essential of channel partners selection is the strategy selection of undertakers for marketing channel function. All the literatures about channel partners selection took the assumption that partners information is complete, in fact, it is very difficult for core enterprise to get partners evaluation data. So channel partners selection model under uncertain information condition is proposed in the article. A multi-attribute decision-making model based on deviation degree and a fuzzy decision model based on risk factors for channel partners selection are proposed, these models can provide quantitative analysis for manufacturers to partners selection and make channel partners selection more easily. At last the application process is manifested by case study and the results show that the conclusions from these two models are consistent.
