Discussion about Innovation Talent Training Modes for IE specialty
Based on the analysis of the current situation of the domestic industrial engineering specialty talent training, the orientation of the industrial engineering specialty innovating talent training target is presented. For the purpose of training the innovating talents knowledge structure, method structure and thought structure, the paper discusses the IE specialty innovating talent training modes and strategies to implement them on subjects of training programs, course system, teaching materials, teachers, teaching administration, practice, teaching innovate; The training modes aim to make IE talent master professional skills, foster thinking of innovation, inform IE special philosophy, the first class and the second class complement and promote each other, discuss the unity of knowledge and practice relationship between them. The Anhui University of Technology result of practice indicates that take the classroom teaching as the carrier, the extra-curricular scientific activities as the main channel, the education of humanism quality as the core, the innovation base as the support, the activity of Three-hundred and Five-one as the emphasis, is effective way to cultivate IE specialty innovation talent.
