The Research about Appraisal Method of Precious Instrumentation and Equipments Sharing Degree in University
In order to enhance the utilization ratio of the instrumentation and equipment, the school instrumentations and equipments have been used in school teaching and scientific research, meanwhile, they must be used in the field of consultation, training, analysis test in the school, or interscholastic and cross cooperation service work among the departments and so on.First, the paper carry on the appraisal to the large-scale precious instruments resources sharing situation of nine universities in Tianjin through utilizing DEA ( data envelopement analysis) method, meanwhile, we carry on the arrangement to these nine universities through utilizing CCR model as well as the ultra efficiency model. Second, we discover the shortcoming of the university whose efficiency value are smaller than 1 through the economical meaning of the ultra efficiency model. At last, we propose the direction of the improvement and the program of it.
