The Execution of Project Management Based on organizational strategy

摘要：

Organizational development strategy is of vital importance to the existence and development of organizations. But, in reality, strategic goals often fail to be achieved and strategic plans frequently end in bubbles because of inefficient execution and administration. Based on an analysis of the latest development in organizational strategy management and project management, the article is to present a model which tries to integrate the two types of management so as to ensure that organizational development strategy shall be achieved.
