Cross-industry Process Reconfiguration in Oversized Equipment Green Manufacture
Major equipment manufacturing is a complex system across industry which includes both process manufacture and discrete manufacture. The system has difference in technology function and variety in space-time occupation. According to the principal of green manufacture, the system becomes more complex. To process analysis and facility layout of green manufacture for major equipment, we discuss a new modeling analytical method integrating hierarchy component model with function parsing. The expression of the model is matrix, which is not the one in the sense of Linear Algebra fully. The model is solved by using the method combining parsing with integration. The stand and frame are characteristic and key parts of major equipment. According to the principal of the method integrating hierarchy component model with function parsing, the manufacturing process of the cast steel stand and frame which are 20t or so is analyzed and reconfigured, which embodies the principal of green manufacture. The paper takes oversized machine tool plant of WUHU as an example. Basing upon existent ripe technique, the author reconfigures oversized component manufacturing process which strides metallurgy industry and mechanical manufacturing industry, then analyses quantitatively superiority of new process which is embodied in environment protection, energy saving and loss reducing.
