Application of a 6kw Soft Switching DC-DC Converter in Rectifier Module

摘要：

This paper presents a low cost and high performance soft switching DC-DC converter. The proposed DC-DC converter operates in general PWM mode and the soft switching is achieved simply by adding one diode and one capacitor in the IGBT driving control circuit. The principle is analyzed in detail in the paper. Based on the DC-DC converter, a 6kw rectifier module is designed and the test results are given. The converter has low cost and high performance features.
