Joint Power Distribution Algorithm for Multi-User Downlink of JT MIMO System
For the downlink of MIMO TDD/CDMA mobileradio systems Joint Transmission(JT) which has lowreceiver complexity is recently proposed. First investigationsconcerned linear transmitter algorithms and nonlineartransmitter algorithms based on the principle of Tomli-son-Harashima Precoding(THP). The nonlinear transmitteralgorithms studied by M. Meurer have preferable energyefficient but restricted by coding complexity. In this paperwe present a power distribution algorithm in multi-userdownlink of linear JT in MIMO system (JT MIMO). First, amodel of JT MIMO downlink and interference is introduced,then, we present a joint power distribution algorithm for JTMIMO downlink. By distributing the transmission power ofusers rationally, under achieving the SINR, minimizes thetotal transmitted power.
