Modulation Classification in Alpha-Stable Noise

摘要：

In this paper, we propose a modulation classifier fornon-Gaussian noise environment. The modulation model isformed via autoregressive spectrum modeling, where theadditive noise is assumed to obey symmetric Alpha-Stabledistribution. The modulation model used the instantaneousfrequency and bandwidth parameters as obtained from theroots of the autoregressive polynomial. The distinguishfeatures are extracted based on Fractional Lower OrderMoments of Alpha-Stable distribution random variable.Computer simulations demonstrate its efficiency andcomparison with other methods is also given.
