Numerical Model of Integrated Optical Electric Field Sensor with Segmented Electrodes

摘要：

Numerical model of integrated optical electric field sensor with segmented electrodes is presented. By using themodel, the evaluated frequency response, the minimum detected electric field and the linear dynamic range can beobtained. The results from this model have shown a good agreement with measuring data, and the electrodes structureof the sensor can be designed utilizing this model.
