In this paper, the amplitude-phase consistency of In this paper, the amplitude-phase consistency of power amplifiers in Transmit/Receive(T/R) modules is analyzed, and the main reasons for inconsistency of power amplifiers are discussed, the design considerations that improve the amplitude-phase consistency of power amplifiers are also introduced.
