The Model Research of the Knowledge Transfer and Sharing in the ERP Implement

摘要：

The paper carries on a research to the ERP implement from the angle of the knowledge transfer. After analyzing the process of the knowledge transfer and sharing, it analyzes the obstacle and existent problem of the transferred and shared knowledge in the ERP implement. And it tries to use wuli shili renli (WSR) systems approach to solve the model of the knowledge transfer and sharing in the ERP implement.
