Design of Market Incentive for Managers in Chinese Listed Firms

It is well-known that market performance becomes more important. Whether such strategy can be used to improve performance of Chinese listed firms needs to be solved. The effect of market performance depends on the relation between pay and performance and proportion of market risk in total risk. Design of market Incentive for different types of managers helps to arouse managers to achieve corporate value maximum and protect investors enthusiasm in Chinese capital market.
