An Exploring Study on the Dimensions of Perceived Quality

The authors report a study of the perceived quality construct and explore a comprehensive set of quality dimensions of woolen sweater product, which takes both intrinsic and extrinsic product attributes into account. Evidence from past research and insights from an exploratory investigation are combined in this research and the results indicate that perceived quality contains seven dimensions: appearance, ease of use, comfortableness, certification, sales issues, marketing issues and brand reputation.
