The Marketing Opportunity Evaluation Model of House Products Implicit Demand Exploitation

This paper has applied the theory of implicit demand to house product exploitation and discussed the characteristic and market risk of the house products implicit demand exploitation. Discussed is the principle to evaluate the marketing opportunity of implicit demand exploitation. Combined the quantitative statistics with qualitative analysis, a marketing opportunity evaluation model of house products implicit demand exploitation is established.
