Empirical Research on Fulfillment Effect of Psychological Contract for the Knowledge Worker
According to the demonstration and standardization study, we define and analyze the fulfillment of psychological contract for the knowledge worker at the point of psychological contract. According to mathematical statistics analysis, we find that the fulfillment of psychological contract for the knowledge worker has remarkable correlation with the employees job satisfaction,trust degree, organizational citizenship behavior, job performance and turnover intention on the basis of standardization study. The fulfillment of psychological contract will result positive effect on employees attitude and behavior. We also find the job category and education levels remarkable correlation with effect of psychological contract among the process of analysis.
