Career Perceptions and Coping Strategies of Professional Women in Performance-Oriented China
The purpose of this article is to explore the reasons that career barriers of professional women became less than ever before. And particularly, we put emphasis on the changing of career perceptions and coping strategies professional women, which is corresponding to the changes of their career barriers. Finally, we come to some viewpoints: first of all, variation of Chinese context will lead to variation of perception professional women to career barriers. And then changed perception of professional women will influence the adjustment of coping strategies to barriers, which have an impact on the career barriers encountered by professional women, as a result, career barriers of professional women decreased.
