Simulating the Structural Behaviors on Organizational Knowledge Communication Based on Small-World Networks

摘要：

This paper simulates the organizational knowledge communication with different structure and behaviors on the small-world networks, and draws some conclusion that we can find the optimum structure of networks to improve the organizational knowledge level, which is very important for the organizational behavior theories as well as the practices on knowledge management.
