Job Opportunity, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention and Its Gender Difference

This paper explores the gender differences in turnover intention in terms of job opportunity and organizational commitments etc.. Using a sample of 196 respondents among workers in one firm, hypotheses were tested. The determinants of turnover intention for male and female are different. Affective commitment has significant negative influence on turnover intention for both male and female employees, but continuous commitment not.
