A Model to Measure the Employees Organizational Embeddding Force from the Social Capitals Input-Output Perspective
with literature review on the research model of the key employees voluntary turnover, we highlighte the model development incorporated with the concept of organizational embeddedness. According to the input-output rationale, an organizational embedding force measurement model and its diagnostic analytical path are put forward tentatively for broadening the scope of this research trend.
