Analysis of Social Relationships Construction between Enterprises in Cluster Based on Repeated Games Theory
Based on the theories of relational contracts and repeated games, the influencing factors and the inherent mechanism that are responsible for establishment and maintenance of social relations between the core and adherent enterprises in cluster are discussed. By quantified the payoffs from the relationship, its showed that whether such social relations is to be established and maintained is due to the core enterprises expectation of payoffs from them and the market prices of the adherent. The core divides the payoffs with adherent according to the latters market price, while the adherent can get a larger division by raising its market price, and then establish or maintain the social relations that is good for its own and the clusters development.
