In this paper we studied the relationship between social capital and organizational performance, and tried to confirm whether learning orientation is an important medi-variable. Through theory analysis, we built research framework and constructed Structural Equation Model, and then carried out an empirical research on 134 enterprises which come from the Peal River Delta,China. We proved the relationships among these variables, and confirmed the routine by which these variables impact each other: (1)the firm-internal social capital has a significant direct and positive effect on learning orientation; (2) firm-external social capital has a significant direct and positive effect on organizational performance; (3) learning orientation has a significant direct and positive effect on organizational performance; (4) there is a positive and significant correlation between firm-internal and external social capital.
