Organizational Commitment Mediates the Relationship between Organizational Climate and Turnover Intention
This study investigates facets of organizational climate in predicting organizational commitment and turnover intention and tests the process wherein organizational commitment mediates between organizational climate and turnover intention. The results show that among facets of organizational climate, innovation stimulation, supervisory support and customer orientation significantly predict organizational commitment and turnover intention. In addition, organizational commitment fully mediates the impact of organizational climate on employees turnover intention.
