Organization Structure Evolution and Human Resources Management Strategy in the Internationalization of Enterprises
In the recent years, human resources management (HRM) at the stage of enterprises internationalization has received more and more attention by people with Chinas successful accession into the WTO and the economic globalization. This paper analyzes HRM issues at the stage of enterprises internationalization and influencing factors, and then puts forward the method of selecting the proper HRM strategy to adapt to the organization structure evolution at the stage of enterprises internationalization.
