On Structure and Pattern of Enterprise Core Competence from the Aspect of Implicit Knowledge

Core competence is the source of competitive advantage of enterprise. On the basis of the character of no imitation of core competence, the paper considers the essence of enterprise core competence is knowledge, and enterprise knowledge state is the collectivity embodiment of knowledge attribute especially of implicit knowledge. By analyzing individual skill, organize knowledge,management system, value and criterion, the paper establishes a four-dimension framework of core competence based on implicit knowledge, among which value and criterion dimension is core and individual skill dimension is basis. At last the paper analyzes the network structure pattern of the formation of enterprise core competence.
