Technological Capability Development of the Enterprises in Developing Countries: The Case and Implication

摘要：

This paper studies the technological capability development of CHPAVC. CHPAVCs development and its technological capability enhancement is demonstrated from Production and market adjustment, R&D system, complete production design, core manufacture technology and core key components technology. Three implications for firms in developing countries are deduced from the analysis of technological capability development of CHPAVC.
