Analysis on the Impact Factors of Basic Research Investment: Empirical Research of Chinese Innovation System and International Comparisons

摘要：

It is reviewed in this paper that sources of funds and performers are the essential impact factors to influence low inputs and the development of basic research R&D activities. International comparisons and experiences can also provide more suggestive solutions to improve the situation of basic research in China. Several policy implications could help the policy-makers realize the importance of corporations as the main entity in the system of innovations.
