Take the Non-Financial Factors into High-Tech Enterprises Performance Measurement
High-tech industry is one of the important mainstays of the national economy, its performance measurement is an effective method to evaluate the enterprises value and help to make right decision. But, if we only use financial factors to measure the enterprises performance, it cannot reflect the enterprises performance integrated. In this paper, we try to take the non-financial factors into the performance measurement, combining with the financial factors, to evaluate the high-tech enterprises performance from the technique, intellect and profitable ability. We use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to find ifthe system which consists of the financial and non-financial factors can reflect the High-tech enterprises performance all-sided and integrated.
