Shortcoming Analysis on Scientific &. Technical Innovation and Operation System in China

摘要：

The purpose of technological innovation is for faster and better enhancement of national power and economic strength of enterprise. With the increasing of technological innovation in recent years, scientific and technical development level in China has improved dramatically. But according to the comparison of scientific and technical development level of different areas in China,only a few areas have high scientific and technical development level, the situation for most of areas is not so optimistic. The author has summarized the status of intellectual property protection of China. Through analyzing the scientific and techngical development level of some districts in China, this paper concludes the deficiency among them and proposes that under the condition of good macro policy, it should focus on the research of the operation and means of technological innovation and operation of intellectual property right in enterprises.
