Government Roles in the Different Operation Patterns of Incubators

摘要：

Incubator plays the important roles in the process of pioneer and developing of enterprises, but it can not be developed well without the support and help from the local government. This article provides a conceptual framework for the function of how government plays in the development of incubators, analyses the roles which government in different operation patterns of incubators,meanwhile we suggested that government should diversity the work focus as the trend of incubators development.
