Technology Innovation and Patent Backed Securitization

摘要：

How to promote technology innovation by patent backed securitization is a hot new topic in recent years. Widely using securitization technology on different stages of technology innovation, it can create the patent trust investment, securitization of collateralizing patent and securitization of patent royalty. Now the most applicable model of patent backed securitization is securitizing patent royalty. Patent backed securitization can help patent holders to raise funds based on the patents credibility and cash flows. However, it doesnt have the function of developing and utilizing patent.
