Environment, Energy and Natural Resources of China, Cooperation with the Silk Road Countries and the USA

摘要：

Assuming that the countries along the Silk Road had balanced capital investment and peaceful environments, and then these countries could utilize their abundant natural resources such as aluminum and gold. The management of energy resources, e.g.crude oil and natural gas, in China, Russia and other Silk Road countries is important for regional competition and for exports to the USA, the EU, and other countries in the world. As the aluminum smelters and gold mines in China, India, Russia, etc. operate precariously; the environment of these Silk Road Countries needs better management to minimize pollution. Research on developing environmentally safe production processes are helpful for controlling the global environment. Safety in mining, oil drilling and other sectors will be addressed.
