Integrated Management for Renewable Energy Resources and CDM Resources: A Case Study
Renewable energy development and energy clean development mechanism (CDM) in China attracts lot of attention. From perspective of joint production theory renewable CDM projects produce energy service, domestic sustainable benefit, and certified emission reduction at the same time. Domestic subsidy to renewable energy will affect the cost effective of renewable energy project,entitys willingness to participate a CDM project, and validation of renewable energy CDM project. Coordination is required between renewable energy policy and CDM project policy in developing countries. The target of this paper is to develop an approach for integrated management of renewable energy resource and CDM resources so as to build a coordinative renewable energy industry policy and CDM project strategy. Integrated resource management technology is applied in the work. Fujian is selected as a case study to support our arguments.
