Status Quo and Optimization of 3E in Qinghai Province

摘要：

Under the guidelines of sustainable and coordinated development, this paper conducts a systematic analysis of the status quo of the energy, economy and environment (known as the 3E) in Qinghai Province, proposes a dual-wheel-driven alternative to optimize the 3E system in the province, and puts forward countermeasures for breaking the bottleneck of the coordinated development of these 3E factors in an effort to reach the goals of energy security, economic growth and environmental protection.
